Returns and Refund Policy-Gadgets Xpress Ltd

At Gadgets Xpress Limited, we are committed to providing our valued customers with high-quality electronics and an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product or request a refund. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy. We offer a 1 Year Warranty with all (refurbished) computers & parts we sell, which covers you in the case of faulty/not as described goods throughout the year. This is followed by our dedicated helpline, operated by the team members, for any questions about your purchased item regarding upgrades or issues with your product, years down the line.

Returns:

Items can be returned if we are contacted within 30 calendar days of delivery. You have another 14 calendar days to return the item. You will be responsible for shipping costs in the case of a change of mind return – otherwise, we’ll cover the cost. We will arrange for shipping return labels.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect the item and verify its condition. Refund will be issued within 48 hours, credited to your original payment method during the purchase. Any evidence of damage from signs of neglect or misuse will be deducted accordingly from the total refund amount. This is exclusive of shipping damage which we will cover.

Shipping:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the shipping cost is deducted from the total refund amount, or you pay for the shipping label. If the item is faulty, return shipping labels are paid for by us. You may be liable for shipping damage if the item is not correctly packaged, so it’s advised that you take care when boxing. You do not need to worry if you follow the packaging of the item, we sent you at first!

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to initiate a return as per this policy.
